Information gathered from learners, individually or combined, plays a vitally important role for the success of any learning intervention.  This information can and will be utilised in the planning of such intervention and will be to the benefit of the individual learner.  Further, such information assists the facilitator in preparing to meet the individual learner's needs and expectations as well as the organisational goals as a whole.

The establishment of Full Circle Training will address the analysing of the specific learner group of the specific client.  The result of the analysis will be presented to the client in a report, which could be utilised by the facilitators of the specific learning intervention to direct the training in the right direction.
