TEMPLATE Design Solutions was created by three highly experienced SAP consultants.  Their expertise lay in the FI/CO/BASIS and Change Management fields.  The partnership formed after spending many tedious hours on projects with the realization that there were easier, less time consuming and more cost effective ways for ERP implementations, specifically with the public secor in mind.

Public sector was an ideal initiating point, firstly due to the experience of the team within the public sector market and more importantly because of the existing gaps with ERP implementations within this space.  TDS looked at the South African market and recognized the value it could add in assisting the Municipalities by designing a TEMPLATED solution which would significantly improve the way in which they would service their respective communities.  Adopting the templated solution meant that the implementation would be carried out in the minimal amount of time and at a massive cost reduction to the Municipality.
